一、工作原理
 I. Working Principle

1、結構:由電機、碴漿泵、泥砂分離器、ZKR直線振動篩、清洗槽、返料箱等到組成。

1.  Structure: this unit is composed of motor, slag and slurry pump, silt separator,  ZKR rectilinear vibration sieve, wash tank and return box etc.

2、工作過程:泵將砂水混合物輸送至泥砂分離器,離心分級濃縮的細砂經沉砂嘴提供給振動篩,經振動篩脫水后,細砂與水有效分離,少量細砂、泥等經返料箱再回到清洗槽,清洗槽液面過高時,經出料口排出。直線振動篩回收物料重量濃度為70%—85%。調節細度模數可通過改變泵轉速、改變砂漿濃度、調節溢流水量、更換出砂嘴來實現。從而完成清洗、脫水和分級三種功能。

2.  Working process: the pump transmits the sand-water mixture to silt separator;  the enriched fine sand through centrifugal classification is conveyed to  vibration sieve via desilting mouth; the fine sand and water is effectively  separated after dehydration by vibration sieve; a small amount of fine sand and  silt returns to wash tank via return tank. When the level inside wash tank is  too high, the liquid will be discharged from discharge port. . The  material recovery weight concentration of rectilinear vibration sieve is  70%-85%.. The fineness modulus can be adjusted by changing  pump speed, sand pulp concentration, adjusting overflow water and replacing  sand output port so as to perform the washing, dehydration and grading  functions.

1、傳統人工砂濕法工工藝中,人工砂的洗泥、脫水采用螺旋洗砂機,人工砂中細砂的流失幾乎不能控制。采用該細砂回收系統,可以有效降低細砂的流失量,使其控制在5-10%之內。很好地解決了人工骨料加工系統中出現的成品砂細度模數偏高、石粉含量偏低的難題。

1.  The silt washing and dehydration for manufactured sand is made using spiral  sand washer in traditional wet technology; hence, the loss of fine sand from  manufactured sand is hardly controllable. . This fine sand  recovery system can effectively reduce the loss rate of fine sand and keep this  rate at 5-10%.. This provides a perfect solution for the  excessively high modulus of finished fine sand fineness and excessively low  rock powder content that occurs in artificial aggregate processing system.

2、振動篩采用聚氨酯篩網,聚氨酯篩網較其它類型篩網壽命更長,且不易堵孔。

2.  The vibration sieve is made of polyurethane screen mesh which has a longer  service life than other types of screen meshes and a lower hole-blocking  possibility.

3、泥砂分離采用聚胺脂整體澆鑄成形,提高了整個裝置的使用壽命,可順利完成料漿濃縮、液體澄清等工作。

3.  The silt separator is made of polyurethane through integral casting. In this  way, the service life of the complete unit is improved and the pulp  concentration and liquid clarification etc. can be done without interruption.

4、****可回收排放總量中85%-90%的細顆粒物料具有其他設備無可比擬的技術和經濟優勢。

4.  The fine-particle material accounts for 85%-90% of the maximum discharge  quantity that can be recovered. This presents unexampled technical and economic  advantages.

5、細粒得到充分回收,減少了沉淀池的工作量,降低了沉淀池的清理成本。

5.  Fine particles are thoroughly recovered to reduce the work load of settling  tank and thus to reduce the clean-up costs thereof.

6、減少了細料自然堆放時間,可直接轉運,供應市場。

6.  Reduce the natural piling duration of fine materials since they can be  transported directly to supply the market.
