選金方法基本上分為兩大類,一類是化學方法,他是根據金能與其他物質相結合或化合的特性而發展起來的方法,包括混汞法,浮選法和氰化法。化學方法選金有一定的優點,但環境污染也相當嚴重。第二類是物理方法,利用重力原理將進金顆粒與比重較輕的其他物質分離,如采用跳汰、搖床、溜槽、圓錐選金機等設備進行選金。振動離心選金機是屬于重力選金的新型設備,從俄羅斯引進的世界先進選金技術。
Basically, gold concentration technique is classified into chemical method and physical method. The former that is further divided into amalgamation, floatation and cyanidation was developed based on the property of gold by which the gold can combines with other substances. Chemical process shows certain advantages while resulting in rather serious environment pollution. With respect to physical process, the Law of Gravity is adopted to separate gold grains from other lighter substances. This technique is used for gold concentration with jigging machine, table concentrator, glide chute and conical concentrator. Vibrating centrifugal concentrator is a new type of machine using the Law of Gravity, a globally advanced concentration technique introduced from Russia.
在選金過程中,振動離心選金機中的選金斗高速旋轉,漿液進入選金斗,漿液中的顆粒受到旋轉產生的徑向向外的離心力作用,又不時的受到徑向向內的振動力作用,不同比重的顆粒在兩種力的作用下分離開,金顆粒被集中在選金斗內,而其他比重輕的顆粒被水夾帶排除選金斗外。
During the concentration of gold, the concentration bin rotates at a high speed. As a result, when the pulp gets into the bin, the particles therein will be under the effect of radial outward centrifugal force due to the rotation and the effect of radial inward vibration from time to time. The new type of pollution-free high-efficiency vibrating centrifugal concentrator is applicable for selection of monomer gold and the gold in large particles with relatively high specific gravity, presenting a recovery rate of fine monomer gold with a particle size ≥15um from refractory gold ore at least 10% higher than other imported equipment. Since most gold ore contains monomer gold, the new type of pollution-free high efficiency vibrating centrifugal concentrator applies to the gold concentration from most rock and sand gold mines, particularly from refractory gold ore. This machine also presents extremely high economic value for tailings recovery after floatation and cyanidation.
為了提高選金的回收率,在選金的生產流程中使用四臺或五臺離心機選金,組成一條日處理25噸的生產流水線。在規模化生產中,可以設計安裝幾條生產線,以滿足日處理50噸、100噸和200噸以上的選金生產的需要。
In order to improve the recovery rate, four or five centrifugal concentrators are used in concentration process to establish a production line with a capacity of 25 tons/day. In large-scale production, several production lines can be designed and installed to meet the requirements of gold concentration capacity of 50, 100 and 200 tons.

1、檢查整機各連接件是否緊固。接通電源,旋轉軸應逆時針轉動(正確)。如發現旋轉軸順時針轉動(錯誤),斷開電源,將380V的兩根火線互換,再接通電源,保證旋轉軸逆時針轉動(正確)。
1. Check if the connecting pieces of the whole machine are tightly fastened. The rotation shaft shall rotate counterclockwise (correct) when the machine is switched on. In case it is found the shaft rotates clockwise (error), please turn off the power supply and exchange the two 380V live wires and then connect the power supply so as to ensure the counterclockwise rotation (correct) of rotation shaft.
2、停機后,裝上選金斗。
2. Mount the gold concentration bin after the shutdown.
3、蓋上進料支撐蓋,進漿管對中。
3. Close the feed support cover and align the pulp inlet pipe.
4、接通電源,啟動機器,即可工作。調勻的礦漿開始陸續流入進漿槽。多臺離心選金機順序選金時,前一臺選金機的出漿口應對準后一臺選金機的進漿槽。
4. Connect the power supply and start the machine. And then, the thoroughly mixed pulp will flow into pulp incoming chute in succession. In case of gold concentration by several centrifugal concentrators in succession, the pulp outlet of one concentrator shall align to the pulp inlet chute of the next one.
5、根據礦料中含金量多少,定時取選金斗.(例如8小時取一次選金斗)
5. The gold concentration bin shall be taken out on a regular basis (for example, once every 8 hours) according to the gold content in ore material.
6、取斗前,一定先停止進漿,待斗內所有漿出凈再斷電停機。
6. Before removing the bin, be sure to stop the pulp feeding and to turn off the power and stop the machine after all pulp inside the bin has been completely discharged.
7、取斗時不要將斗內的精金料灑掉,如發現斗外有漿水,要擦干。
7. Do not make the gold material spilt over when removing the bin. Wipe away the pulp (if any) on external surface of bin.
8、取出選金斗后,馬上換上另一個選金斗。
8. Mount another gold concentration bin immediately after the bin is removed.
9、再蓋上進料支撐蓋,使進漿管對中,再啟動使用。
9. Again, close the feeding support cover and align the inlet pipe. And then start the machine.
1、接通電源后,先檢查有無漏電,若電機不工作,應斷開電源檢查電路。
2、發生嚴重聲響,應停機檢查連接件、振動件是否松動。
3、當取出機內選金斗式,應防止漿水漏入機器內各處。
4、本機磨損件是軟連接管、芯軸、花鍵、應定期更換。
1. Check if electrical leakage occurs after the power is turned on. In case the motor does not work, please disconnect the power supply and check the circuit.
2. In case of serious noise, please stop the machine and check if the connecting parts and vibration parts are loose.
3. When taking out the concentration bin from the machine, the pulp shall be prevented from flowing to other parts of the machine.
4. The wearing parts of this machine include connection hose, spindle and splines that shall be replaced on a regular basis.
