Application scope: applied for measuring contents of carbon and hydrogen in solid materials in coal, electric power, cement and research sectors.
Function features: coulometric titration is introduced to measure hydrogen element based on Faraday's Law. Compared with Three-pair Furnace Absorbing Mass Method, it is more rapid to make measurement with accurate results. Also, absorbing Mass Method can be used to measure carbon element with the measurement precision complying with the requirements in GB/T476.The measuring process is controlled by MCU using quantization technique. The test data are corrected, processed, displayed and printed rapidly and accurately. It features advanced technology, reliable performance and superior functions with high degree of automation and convenient operation. Data can be input by thin-film soft touch keyboards and the final results can be readily printed out. The test data have a number of rectification and processing functions. The measurement result can be replaced and displayed in terms of percentage content or unit mass. The machine is rational in structure , beautiful in shape , light in weight with maintainability.
